Sony phones Storage and Memory manager can stop AntiSocial from working. To fix simply:

Launcher > Settings > Storage & Memory > turn off 'Smart Cleaner' option. Altrernatively continue to the menu (three dots top right) > Advanced > Add AntiSocial to the whitelist.
